Welcome to KashAndaz. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and landing website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility & Registration

To use our services, you must be a resident of India, be at least 18 years old, and register using a verified Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your logged session. Any fraudulent activity or creation of multiple accounts to manipulate rewards will lead to immediate ban and forfeiture of earned rewards.

2. Cashback Earning & Tracking

Cashback is earned by completing verified shopping transactions, clicking partner store referral links, or participating in in-app promotional challenges.

Tracking: Partner store transactions depend on cookie tracking. You must complete the purchase in the redirected tab without closing the browser or using external ad blockers.
Pending Status: Cashback is marked as "Pending" until our partner merchants confirm the transaction (usually within 30 to 90 days depending on the merchant return policies).
Declined Cashback: We reserve the right to decline cashback if the transaction is cancelled, returned, or refunded.

3. Secure UPI Payouts & Withdrawals

You can withdraw your "Approved" cashback balance directly to your bank account via UPI.

UPI Details: You are solely responsible for entering the correct UPI ID. KashAndaz is not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect UPI ID entered by the user.
Payout Limits: We may enforce daily or monthly withdrawal limits to prevent security threats and verify transfers.
Processing Times: UPI withdrawals are generally processed instantly or within 24 hours. In case of network delays, transfers can take up to 3 business days.

4. Acceptable App Usage

You agree not to modify, adapt, hack, or reverse-engineer the KashAndaz app or API systems. Any automated script runs, screen scraping, or spoofed GPS data represents a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, layouts, and logos (including the "KashAndaz" name and styling) are the intellectual property of KashAndaz. You may not copy or redistribute these assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

KashAndaz is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transaction tracking will fail-proof due to user browser configurations (such as ad blockers or private browsing modes). In no event shall KashAndaz be liable for any indirect or direct damages arising from app usage.
