Account Credentials: When you register using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, and account ID.
Financial Info (UPI ID): To execute secure payouts and withdrawals, we collect the UPI ID you explicitly enter. We do NOT store your bank accounts, pin numbers, or credit card details.
Transaction History: We keep records of your cashback earnings, claims, and withdrawal transactions.
Device Information: We collect hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers to prevent fraud and multi-account abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To credit cashback earnings, track merchant purchases, and process instant UPI withdrawals.
To secure your account and prevent fraudulent claims or duplicate registrations.
To send transactional emails, push notifications, and support answers.
To continuously analyze app performance and improve our UI/UX design.

3. Secure Payouts & Third Party Integrations

We use encrypted gateways and secure UPI routers to process payouts directly into your linked bank account. Your UPI ID is shared only with our licensed UPI payment gateway partners solely for the purpose of executing the transfer. We do not sell your personal or financial data to advertising networks.

4. Security Measures

We implement advanced industry-standard protection including TLS encryption for data in transit and AES encryption for data at rest. We periodically review our databases to secure data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Your Choices & Data Deletion

You can manage, edit, or delete your account information at any time directly through the profile panel in the app. If you wish to permanently delete your data from our servers, you may send a deletion request to support@kashandaz.com.
